Step 1 Position expansion joint in desired location and
drive in the supplied pegs.

Step 2 Adjust the expansion joint to the correct height
and secure by tapping in the supplied wedges.

Step 3 Push dowels through the foam at the centre of the
pre-punched holes in the metal profile and twist
sleeve 900 to fix in place.

Step
4 Place reinforcement and pour concrete to both sides
of the joint. Finish concrete surface to the top
of the expansion joint (NOT OVER IT). Always pour
concrete evenly to both sides of the joint and ensure
concrete is compacted into the sides of the joint
